WHICH CATEGORIES DO YOU HAVE?

Your NDIS plan will state which categories you have available. If the plan states that you have Assistive Technology or Core Consumable Budgets, you should be able to purchase many AT items to assist you with living your best life.

    WHO WILL PAY YOUR PROVIDER?

Are you plan managed, self-managed or NDIA managed?

If you are Plan Managed - your Plan Manager will pay your supports

If you are Self Managed - NDIS will pay you directly for your supports.

You will need to place your order and get an invoice. You can pay the invoice and get reimbursed from your account

      or

you can submit the invoice to the NDIS and if approved, and payment is received, you will receive your order.

If you are NDIA Managed - the NDIS will pay your provider directly. You will need an NDIS service agreement. Once this agreement is processed and if approved, the foods will be sent to you.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE USING NDIS FUNDING?

We can provide almost all our products that we have in our store or on our website. There are some exclusions and you need to check with your co-ordinator who will check with the NDIS allowed products under your funding package.

WHAT PRODUCTS CANNOT BE PURCHASED USING NDIS FUNDS?

Swings, Weighted Blankets and Body Socks are classified as High Risk. High Risk items cannot be purchased using NDIS funds unless you have obtained an OT Risk Assessment and forwarded this to NDIS directly. Once this procedure has occurred the funds can be allocated for your chosen high risk product.
