The Sensory Fibre Optic Curtain Ring creates a striking sensory environment that combines immersive lighting, gentle movement and tactile exploration to encourage relaxation, emotional regulation and meaningful engagement. Designed as a premium ceiling-mounted sensory room feature, this impressive display transforms therapy rooms, schools, healthcare settings and home environments into calming, inclusive spaces.

Suspended from the ceiling, the Sensory Fibre Optic Curtain Ring features a 70cm mirrored circular ring with 150 glowing fibre optic tails, each measuring 2 metres in length. The mirrored surface reflects the changing LED colours, enhancing the visual experience and creating a captivating canopy of light that encourages visual tracking, exploration and mindful interaction.

The soft, touch-safe fibre optic strands invite gentle tactile exploration while providing calming visual input that can assist individuals who benefit from structured sensory experiences. Whether used during quiet time, emotional regulation activities, therapy sessions or mindfulness programs, the changing light effects help create an environment that promotes comfort, focus and participation.

The included remote control allows support workers, therapists, educators and carers to adjust lighting colours and effects to suit individual preferences or therapeutic goals. This flexibility makes the Sensory Fibre Optic Curtain Ring suitable for a wide range of sensory environments, including multi-user spaces where lighting requirements may change throughout the day.

Occupational therapists, allied health professionals and educators frequently incorporate immersive lighting into sensory rooms to support emotional wellbeing, relaxation and engagement. The combination of visual stimulation, tactile interaction and environmental design encourages self-regulation while promoting participation in therapy, learning and recreational activities.

Ideal for NDIS-funded sensory environments where clinically appropriate, the Sensory Fibre Optic Curtain Ring supports functional outcomes by creating calming spaces that encourage independence, emotional wellbeing and improved participation across education, therapy, community and home settings.
